Soccer Training
Soccer sessions typically include an agility warm-up, technical drills, and position-specific exercises. Sessions are customized to the player’s needs, emphasizing skills such as first touch, passing combinations, decision-making, and advanced shooting and passing techniques.
Strength and Conditioning
The strength and conditioning program is tailored to boost athletic performance and minimize injury risk. Each session emphasizes core strength, endurance, power, and agility through a mix of resistance training, plyometrics, and functional movements. Workouts are customized to align with the athlete's sport-specific needs and personal fitness goals, delivering targeted results and enhanced performance.
About Maddie Kemp
High School Career
During my time at Camas High School, I scored 153 career goals, setting the record for the most in Washington state high school girls’ soccer history. As the lone freshman on varsity in 2015 I earned First Team All-league, led the team in goals, and finished 3rd in the state. I was honored to be named the Washington 4A Player of the Year in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and was selected as a United Soccer Coaches All-American in each of those years. In 2017 and 2018, I also earned TopDrawerSoccer All-American honors and was named The Columbian’s All-Region Girls Soccer Player of the Year. During my senior year I was recognized as one of the top 11 players in the High School All-American Game in Orlando, Florida. As a team captain, I helped lead Camas High School to a #1 national ranking, four final four appearances, and a state championship. I also had the opportunity to participate in U.S. Youth National Team (USYNT) pool trainings, which helped me grow even further as a player.
Collegiate Career
During my collegiate career, I played for both Gonzaga University and the University of Kentucky. At Gonzaga, I redshirted my freshman year, during which I recorded 42 shots on goal with a .532 shot-on-goal percentage and tallied 22 points—marking the fourth-highest single-season total in program history. In my redshirt senior year, I led the team in total shots with 74, scoring 9 goals and adding 5 assists for a total of 23 points. I was honored as the WCC Player of the Week after recording a mid-season hat trick, named to the TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week, and earned WCC All-Conference honors. During the 2023 season our team won the WCC Championship, made an NCAA Tournament appearance, and advanced in the tournament. I continued my collegiate career at the University of Kentucky as a grad transfer for the 2024 season, where I captained the team, played 1,464 minutes, led the team in assists, and ranked second in both goals and total points. I earned SEC All-Conference honors as a 10 and scored the decisive goal to push the team into the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Throughout the season, we spent multiple weeks in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 rankings, qualified for the SEC Tournament, and advanced in the NCAA Tournament.

In larger groups, players engage in 1v1 situations and live playing scenarios to apply skills in game-like environments.
Sessions are tailored to players' positions and specific areas they want to work on, ensuring a well-rounded and competitive training experience.
